The course is marked with arrows on a yellow background (red arrows on a yellow background) and orange marking tape with black lettering.

RACE RULES

The race is held under its published rules. Every runner participates at their own risk; the organiser is not liable for damage suffered or caused by participants. The organiser may make necessary technical changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

Mandatory gear for MARATHON / ULTRA

As these are demanding mountain races, the following equipment is mandatory on the Marathon and Ultra routes:

mobile phone
food (for example energy bars or gels)
at least 1 litre of fluids
plastic cup, bottle or speed cup
emergency blanket
basic first-aid kit (bandage and plasters)
waterproof outer layer in rain
head covering and sunscreen in sunny weather

We also recommend

uploading the race route to your watch or phone
running poles
checking the latest weather forecast and adapting your equipment accordingly
